Dear Clients,

Due to system changes on the Canada Post side, the EOE platform will be decommissioned. As a result, all users will need to transition from the BCMP EOE portal to the Canada Post Online Portal to continue placing MyShip orders.

How to migrate from BCMP EOE portal to Canada Post portal

Customers with MyShip accounts can place orders directly through the Canada Post online portal. To get started, you will need to create an online business profile using your existing MyShip account information.


Step 1: Create Your Canada Post Online Business Profile

  1. Register your account using the following link:
    https://sso-osu.canadapost-postescanada.ca/pfe-pap/en/registration
  2. When prompted, select “Business” as your profile type.
  3. Enter the following details:
    • Canada Post Child account number (your MyShip account number)
    • Postal code (associated with the child account)
    • Agreement / Contract number: 40063363

Step 2: Add the BCMP Parent Account (7161233) to Your Profile (visual references below)

  1. Click your profile name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Business Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Add a business.
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Customer number: 7161233
    • Postal code: V8V 1X4
  5. Click Validate.
  6. Enter the contract number: 40063363
  7. Click Continue.

Step 3: Add a Secondary Business Profile and Set It as Default (visual references below)

  1. Click Home, then select Create shipping label.
  2. Click Account preferences.
  3. Scroll down and click Add profile.
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Mailed on behalf of – Customer number: Child account number
    • Contract number: 40063363
    • Paid by – Customer number: 7161233
    • Business profile name: Ministry Office Name
  5. Check the box to set it as default and click Save.

Once completed, you will be able to create shipping labels directly through the Canada Post portal using your new business profile.

Select Business Profile Type
Enter CP customer number and postal code

 

Step 2: Add the BCMP Parent Account (7161233) to Your Profile

Go to Business Settings from user drop down
Go to Add a Business
Validate customer number and postal code
Add contract number

 

Step 3: Add a Secondary Business Profile and Set It as Default

Go to Create Shipping Label
Go to Account preferences
Go to add profile
Enter child account number, set as default business profile, and save
