Dear Clients,
Due to system changes on the Canada Post side, the EOE platform will be decommissioned.
As a result, all users will need to transition from the BCMP EOE portal to the Canada Post
Online Portal to continue placing MyShip orders.
How to migrate from BCMP EOE portal to Canada Post portal
Customers with MyShip accounts can place orders directly through the Canada Post online
portal. To get started, you will need to create an online business profile using your existing
MyShip account information.
Steps
1. Register your account here:
Canada Post
2. Select “Business” when choosing your profile type
3. Enter the following details:
- a) Your Canada Post customer number (your MyShip account number)
- b) Postal code
- c) Agreement/Contract number: 40063363
Once your profile is set up, you will be able to place MyShip orders directly under your
own account. Your existing BCMP EOE login credentials will no longer be used and can be disregarded.
